"I'd like it a lot more if you weren't eyeballing me," he replied, thinking sarcastically to himself that the way L was acting it was like he'd baked it, because why wouldn't you bake a cake for your killer? In any case, he was more or less decided that whatever the hell L's problem was, he couldn't find it in himself to care by this point; all he was concerned with was eating this cake as quickly as possible so the other would get out of his face.
